SIGPRO Softy 4x10' Golf Mat
Description
The SIGPRO Softy is a premium golf hitting mat engineered to deliver the most realistic turf feel available in an artificial practice surface. At its core is a super soft foam insert layered with 1-inch thick Teeline turf that closely mimics the sensation of hitting off real grass. A responsive ABS polyurethane layer underneath allows the surface to flex naturally at impact and then return to its original shape - round after round.
Three compression slots on the bottom of the Softy act as release valves, dissipating air pressure at impact for a smooth, pain-free follow through. Whether you're dialing in your swing at home or calibrating your simulator setup, the Softy provides 100% accurate feedback on both great shots and mishits - making it a serious training tool for golfers who want real results.

- Super Soft Foam Insert: Central foam core makes this the softest and most forgiving artificial turf practice strip on the market.

FAQ
Can I use a real wooden tee with the SIGPRO Softy?
Yes - the Softy is designed to accept a real tee at your preferred height. You are not limited to a fixed plastic insert, giving you the flexibility to practice tee shots exactly as you would on the course.
Will this mat work accurately with my launch monitor or golf simulator?
Absolutely. The SIGPRO Softy is built to deliver accurate ball flight that aligns with launch monitor data. Its surface responds consistently to both clean strikes and mishits, so your simulator readings remain reliable and useful for improvement.
Is the Softy easy on the wrists and elbows compared to other mats?
Yes - this is one of the Softy's standout qualities. The combination of a soft foam core, Teeline turf, and ABS polyurethane flex layer absorbs club-head impact without producing the sharp vibrations or hard rebounds that cheaper mats are known for. It is designed with pain-free impact in mind.
How does the mat return to its original shape after shots?
The responsive ABS polyurethane layer underneath the turf allows the surface to flex naturally at the moment of impact and then spring back to its original position. The three compression slots on the bottom also help release air pressure during impact, contributing to a smooth recovery after each swing.
Is this mat meant for indoor use, outdoor use, or both?
The SIGPRO Softy is well suited for indoor practice environments such as home simulators, garage setups, and dedicated golf rooms. While nothing in the product details restricts outdoor use, it is primarily designed and marketed for indoor hitting and simulator applications.
